Cookies and login

Arabica Roleplay uses only first-party cookies needed to sign you in securely with Discord and keep your account connected.

Persistent login cookie

arabica_session securely remembers your Discord login for up to 30 days after an active visit when you select “Keep me logged in”. Without that choice, we use a temporary browser-session cookie, with a 24-hour inactivity limit. Refreshing the page keeps you signed in. Some browsers restore session cookies when restoring tabs. It is HttpOnly, so website scripts cannot read it. Logging out removes it immediately.

Temporary login cookies

Three temporary cookies protect the Discord login process and return you to the page you requested, including your choice to stay logged in. They expire after 10 minutes and are deleted after login.

These cookies are required for authentication. Arabica Roleplay does not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking.
